Alexander’s first tooth have appeared and his mom was trying to get a picture of it yesterday to no luck :p I remember when his dad’s first tooth showed up too and how impossible it was to get him to show it off. Can only imagine how sore the gum must be, so it’s not that strange.

However, I also know that in a near future Alexander will forget about it and start smiling big towards both people and cameras and show it off at no charge :p So it’s just a matter of time :)

Thought I’d post something cute in here for a change. There’s been a lot of old actresses lately since I’ve been painting, and at least to me Alexander is much cuter than all of them together :p

Then it doesn’t matter if he’s playing peek-a-boo like in the picture to the right here, or if he’s asleep. It’s just the way it is :D
His face is changing a lot as he’s growing so I think it’s time to paint him again…or at least a portrait of him :p I’m gonna have to ask his mom for some bigger photos in a near future :))

A lot of things happens fast in that age and he will be 1 year in about a month. Still haven’t got a clue what to buy him, but sending money is still an option. In a year or two it will have to be some sort of present instead of money, so I might as well grab the opportunity while it’s still there ;)

Soon he will be “helping” his mom doing the dishes and all sorts of things that makes a huge mess…heh His dad used to wash everything (including cats and himself) when he helped me in the kitchen :p He was a bit older than Alexander when his interest went from his toys to the sink and the stove, but it was still messy…hehe

Alexander is taller than his dad was in the same age though. Peter did not reach up to the kitchen counter like Alexander does in the photo here when he was in that age. Peter didn’t get tall until he was a teenager.

Anyway…I thought I’d post some of these piccies while they are still new and fresh :D

I’m alone and unsupervised today, it’s grey and foggy out there and I will most likely paint some more during the afternoon. I slept for way too long today and it was 11.30 before Robin finally woke me up. Well, I guess it’s okiday since it’s Sunday and everything. No harm done. Other than my sleeping schedule of course :pp
