I’m not sure what Alexander is doing in the sofa in this picture…other than showing off his tongue :p But that seems to be something he does a lot…lol

Everything is frozen out there and the -1 degree C we have this morning feels like -10. It’s often like that since the humidity is so high. At least it’s not windy, which is always something. If you can believe anything the weather forecast has to say, it’s suppose to get warmer during the day and they promised us more rain this afternoon and evening. When it gets like this even I want snow instead of this dreary wet and cold stuff.

Just like last night I’m feeling a bit better after being in bed for a while. I’m frozen, but then again, it’s not exactly warm either at the moment. No pain except from the pain that I get from being cold. Which is kinda nuts, ya know…but when it’s too cold or too hot, I’m hurting.

Anyway…we’re off into town today to do grocery shopping and I’m going to PCWorld to potentially buy a new Wacom tablet. The one I have is well used and unfortunately there are glitches in how precises it is. It happens when you use them a lot during some time, so it’s wear and tear I guess you could say.
The one I’m looking at buying this time is a Wacom Intuos 4, the smallest version of it. I don’t need anything bigger and I don’t really have room for it either. Besides, the price tag on the bigger tablets makes me cringe….lol We also need a new printer – desperately – since good old Lexmark simply ignored to release any drivers in time for Windows 7. We’ve been looking at a Kodak printer this time. The printer itself is close or just above £100, but the ink cartridges are £6.99 for black ink and 9.99 for color and that’s the biggest reason. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a printer if the ink is cheaper. There’s been times when it’s been cheaper to buy a new printer than it is to refill the one you already have, and that’s just wrong.

PCWorld also have another printer on sale right now, but that’s one of those where you pay as much for the ink as you paid for the printer. We’ll see. I don’t know if the Kodak printer is Windows 7 friendly yet. Going to have a chat with them about it when we get there.

Then of course it’s grocery shopping day today. Gotta eat too :p

But now I need to heat my coffee. It’s getting cold in my mug within minutes here…and that makes it sound as if we’re in an igloo at the North Pole….lol We’re not :p
