Charcoal – dress and details
Since the last upload of this missy, I’ve separated her from the painting of Alice. Partly because she will make a whole painting on her own, but also because the PSD file turned into a dinosaur :p
I’ve changed her hair a bit (again), changed the colour on her dress and shoes…or socks…and done a bit more work on her body. I’ve also added a choker, which is in a basic stage so far. She will have more jewellery before I’m done, and her dress will be more detailed as well :) Same goes for her shoes…which aren’t really shoes at all :p
Next I will make a background since I have to find the final contrast and values in the colours. Just like Meaty The Clown, this will be a dark painting when it’s ready, so it will change during the last few steps. But that is also why I need the background to bounce any new shades against. Easier that way :)
Since a lil while back I’ve added a new plugin to this blog that will show images in a book version with flip pages. So I’ve added some of the paintings I’ve done lately and then put the album in a page. You can find it in the top bar and you will need Flash Player to view :) Nothing brand new in there that you haven’t already seen (if you’ve been around here for a while of course…otherwise it might all be new). Click and take a peek :)
Oh…and the Tweetmeme button under the posts here stopped working again. And the support page at Tweet Meme is not available either. Just so you know that I’m aware of it :)
Back to Photoshop :)
